INGREDIENTS:
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup lemonade (I used lemon juice and honey instead)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste
1 bay leaf
Directions:
Heat oil in large frying pan. Add chicken. Drizzle lemon juice, lime juice and honey over chicken. Add spices. Saute until chicken is cooked through (about 15-20 minutes)
Serves 4-6
